An exciting opportunity has arisen in Cornwall Fire & Rescue to recruit qualified, competent and committed Driving Instructors to work with Phoenix Services Driver Training Department.

The successful applicants primary responsibility will be to deliver driver training and education in relation to the Emergency Response Driving Course (both Initial and Refresher) in line with both NFCC and The Fire Standards Boards framework. In addition they will also conduct vocational training education and assessment to non emergency response drivers both within the service and to external customers.

You will become part of a highly motivated team that continually strive to improve the learner experience and we are looking for someone who is organised and has the ability to embrace changes to standards relating to Driver Training and Education.

Whilst the location/work-base for this role may have been specified our evolving ways of working means that the role may require you to also work remotely (e.g., from home/other locations). We will discuss this with you during the recruitment process.
