Health Safety and Wellbeing services are seeking 1.6 FTE dynamic and forward thinking individuals to work with the occupational health and health and safety team. In this new "hybrid" split role 60% of your time will be working alongside the occupational health team and 40% with the health and safety team.

 

You will be required to undertake work remotely within schools supporting risk assessment, risk analysis and review of safety based process. You will also be required to work alongside the Occupational health team in the delivery of statutory health medicals. 

 

Ideally we are looking for an individual who already holds the Nebosh general certificate however, for the right candidate we are willing to provide full on the job training.

 

Development of skills and knowledge are key for this role and Cornwall Council will fully support formal accreditation and training in all aspects of the Health role.

Consideration will be given to individuals seeking Full time, part time or job share working basis.
