Service Desk Analysts provide technical support to users via phone, email, and chat; diagnose and resolve IT issues; and escalate complex issues. You will be required to document and track incidents, maintain knowledge base and improve service desk processes.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of tech support experience
  • Strong IT knowledge
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Problem-solving skills

Desired skills:

  • Service desk software experience
  • ITIL or other IT service management experience
  • Cloud computing experience
  • Scripting language experience

Whilst the location/work-base for this role may have been specified our evolving ways of working means that the role may require you to also work remotely (e.g., from home/other locations). We will discuss this with you during the recruitment process.

This is a 1-year fixed term contract.
